Hong Kong

14 hours and one small sleeping pill later I arrived at the Hong Kong International Airport. I decided to do a last minute detour through Hong Kong on my way to Australia; because, why the heck not?! I have always wanted to explore this part of the world and have the spontaneous urge to travel. I arrived early afternoon and had a good 2 hours of daylight left, so I took advantage of my time and poked around some of the local markets including the "Ladies Market" in Mong Kok. Once it got dark the streets lit up like a Chinese Times Square and gave quite a beautiful show.

It was 90 degrees and 90% humidity so I decided to keep it simple with a vintage band tee, a Theory striped skirt, and Adidas.

Found these magical wrap bracelets at the Ladies Market in Kowloon. They're literally the same quality as Chan Luu! I will be wearing these for forever. Not to mention, they also make incredible chokers.

I also wrapped a Lululemon jacket around my waist just in case it rained! But this jacket is super sporty and versitile so it also looked cohesive with the overall look!

Sohotel Hong Kong

We stayed in a beautiful little boutique hotel called Sohotel about 10 minutes from the train station. Not only was their service impeccable, they brought us unlimited jasmine tea and complimentary breakfast every morning. If you want an inexpensive, clean, safe, and luxurious experience, I highly recommend staying here!
